To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, s77's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits s77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
